INTERVIEW TIPS
How do I prepare?
Research, research, research! Read through and study our website, attend our information session and speak with our company representatives at campus events. Analyze the Associate position and come prepared with clear stories and examples that demonstrate the skills we're seeking. Remember that you can use many different experiences as examples: paid or unpaid work, volunteer activities, community work, or class projects. And above all else, relax and be yourself!
What do I wear?
Please wear a suit to your Triage interview.
When I'm asked at the end of the interview if I have any questions, what kinds
of things should I ask?
This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your interest in Triage and your own inquisitiveness and intellect. Your research should generate questions about the Associate position, Triage's culture, or our internal career path. Remember that you are also trying to evaluate whether Triage is a good fit for you. Therefore, this is the time to ask questions about things that are important to you.
Do I need to send a thank you note to the interviewer?
A brief thank you note is always a good idea.
