As an Associate, your responsibilities include:
Once you demonstrate the ability to run a project on your own, you will be promoted to Senior Associate. As a Senior Associate, you will have your own project with associate staff reporting to you. You are the day-to-day "face" of Triage at the client site, and you will communicate with high level clients, including hospital CFOs. If you successfully prove you can run a large project and your peers have faith in you as a leader, the next step is Manager. Managers oversee three to four projects at a time, with Senior Associates reporting directly to them. They also typically assume an administrative leadership role (i.e. Head of IT, Recruiting, or Social Responsibility Squads) within the company. The final step in the Triage career path is Principal. Principals are responsible for retaining current business and generating new clients. They also set strategic direction and goals for the company and provide tools and training to reach them. |
