celebrations

No personal milestone goes unrecognized at Triage. Every year, we throw baby showers to welcome the latest additions to the Triage family, as well as engagement parties for all couples who will tie the knot in the coming year. We also celebrate birthdays, home purchases, anniversaries, even athletic feats. In fact, so many celebratory events occur that our two company newsletters, Triage Verbage and VerbEast, attempt to summarize them every quarter.

Not to be missed, our annual meeting, known as State of Triage, includes original compositions of songs and videos celebrating the personal and professional accomplishments of our employees in the past year.

While Triage celebrates achievements, we also share the grief of every personal loss or illness. When one of our employees was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma and unable to work for six months, Triage sponsored a bone marrow drive and walked in various events, raising money for the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society. The employee's thank-you note best expresses the reward for walking and fundraising in her honor:

"It is incredibly difficult to express how much it means to me that you all have shown your support for me and the leukemia and lymphoma community. When I received a package from Lisa a couple weeks ago containing the signed banner that you walked with and pictures from the event, I burst into tears (don't worry, happy tears!). I am so honored and flattered at the number of people and the amount of money raised in my honor. It is a constant reminder of what a great company I work for and how much I miss all of you."
