Does Triage offer internship positions? If so, how many?

We have a paid summer internship program that focuses on hiring college students during the summer before their final year. Typically, our interns have the same responsibilities as associates. Our goals for the internship program are: 1) to identify good candidates, 2) to help with workload, and 3) to help with recruiting when the intern returns to campus. We seek to hire at least one intern from each of our major campuses. As a result, this is a very competitive internship.

Do you require people to relocate to your office locations?

Yes, we require relocation. We prefer relocation because there are numerous trainings, meetings and other functions in our home offices. Having a base in one of our two office locations allows people to develop their leadership skills within Triage, which helps develop our strong culture.

Does Triage require and/or support an advanced degree?

Advanced degrees are not necessary to advance your career at Triage. Triage does not reimburse for an advanced degree. However, experienced Senior Associates are eligible to participate in a unique executive MBA program.
