who we're looking for

You are sharp, inquisitive and adaptable. You are team-oriented and have demonstrated leadership skills. You are not afraid of hard work. You want to work for a socially responsible organization that makes having fun a priority. If you think this describes you, we’d like to talk to you. Additional qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a business or science-related field (or other quantitative studies), with a minimum GPA of 3.0. You must have authorization to work in the US (includes US Citizens, Permanent Residents, IRCA qualified; excludes Practical Training). Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

An Associate's work day involves myriad activities. Responsibilities include identifying and obtaining underpayments from insurance carriers. As underpayment issues and trends are recognized, Triage generates tracking reports which ultimately lead to recommendations to the client. Associates are also encouraged to participate in responsibilities outside of our Managed Care Payment Review. For instance, they are asked to plan a social responsibility event or lend a hand with recruiting. Each project team usually plans one fun team event each week after work.

Working out of town on a project is an exciting opportunity to travel and experience new cities. New associates rotate projects every three to four months during their first year, allowing for a variety of challenges and experiences.

TRAVEL PERKS

Our Associates travel, on average, about 50% of the time. We are onsite at the client location Monday through Thursday, with teams typically returning to Triages’ offices on Fridays. Employees have the option, in lieu of returning home, to remain onsite Friday and fly a friend out for the weekend. Alternatively, an employee can use his/her weekend flight allowance toward airfare to a different location.
