squadsSquads, comprised of staff at every level, make the company's day-to-day operations decisions. Employees assign themselves to squads based on their specific interests. There are neither auditions nor interviews for membership. Advised by a Principal, the squads are led by those employees who have made significant contributions to those squads, regardless of their title. Throughout the year, during weekly, quarterly and year-end training meetings, employees learn about the work of the squads. Our seven squads are:
cultureThe Culture Squad produces fun events throughout the year that showcase our five guiding principles. This squad is made up of employees at every level.
ITComprised of interested employees at every level, the IT Squad selects the technology tools we use in our everyday work, and provides employee IT training and support.
knowledgeMade up of employees at every level, each Knowledge Squad member commits to becoming an expert in a particularly challenging area of the Triage work purview and shares this knowledge with the company.
recruitingAlthough every consultant in the company participates in recruiting lunches and campus events, the Recruiting Squad is made up of the Associate or Senior Associate responsible for on-campus recruiting at each of our target campuses (UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UC San Diego, UCLA, Stanford, Cal Poly, USC, Duke, UNC, Emory, Georgia and Georgia Tech) and is led by a Manager and a Principal. The campus lead is selected on the basis of interest, campus networking skills, and past participation in campus events.
social responsibilityThe Social Responsibility Squad plans community volunteer events, focusing on youth education, the conservation of our environment, and support for families of critically-ill children. In addition, the squad supports the health and personal charitable passions of our employees. Comprised of employees at every level, this squad is hugely influential in Triage’s multifaceted role in the community.
trainingThe Training Squad selects crucial business-related focus areas and then develops appropriate, company-wide implementation strategies. Members of the Training Squad are either learned members of the Knowledge Squad or experienced employees who consistently rate as outstanding trainers per classroom feedback.
travelThe goal of the Travel Squad is to maximize the pleasure of our consultants’ travel experience. The squad shares their co-workers’ favorite travel websites, search engines, updates on TSA regulations, tricks of the trade to gain frequent flyer reciprocity, upgrades and better seat assignments. |
