supporting pediatric patients
Through partnerships with the Family House and Ronald McDonald Houses around the nation, Triage actively supports families of severely-ill children receiving treatment at our client hospitals. Studies have shown that outcomes are positively impacted when a patient’s family is in attendance, helping to reduce a very stressful situation. By cooking a nutritious meal or planning an evening of entertainment, Triage helps ease the stress for patients and their families. Moreover, our housing restoration projects give visiting families the comfortable home atmosphere that they deserve during a very trying time. For more information about our efforts, please view a copy of our 2007 Good Works Report.
"Triage made me more aware of the opportunities to get involved with my local community. Through work, I have participated in building homes with Habitat for Humanity, landscaping in Golden Gate Park, giving out turkey dinners on Thanksgiving and corresponding with second & fifth grade pen-pals at Redding School. The sense of community is… indescribable."
